By creating a Clospad account or using any part of the Clospad service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Clospad grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for your internal business operations. You must not resell, sublicence, or reverse-engineer the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. You agree not to use Clospad for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate the rights of others.
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid plan. Pricing is $49 per seat per month during the Founder pricing period (locked for 12 months from the date of signup). After 12 months, pricing transitions to the standard rate ($79/seat/month) unless you cancel. Annual plans are available at $490/seat/year. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
You own all data you upload to Clospad. We do not claim any ownership over your contacts, company records, notes, or files. On cancellation you may export your data before the workspace is closed. After 30 days post-cancellation, data may be permanently deleted.
Clospad is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clospad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the fees you paid in that month.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify workspace admins by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
