When you create a Clospad workspace we collect your name, work email address, and company name. If you invite teammates, we collect their names and email addresses. During normal use we collect usage data — which features you access, actions performed, and performance metrics — to keep the product running smoothly and to improve it over time. We do not collect payment card details directly; those are handled by our payment processor (Stripe).
We use the information we collect for three purposes:
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored on servers hosted by Hostinger, located in the EU and US. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS). Database backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days. Access to production infrastructure is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Under GDPR and applicable data protection law you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@clospad.com. We will respond within 30 days. Workspace owners can delete their workspace and all associated data at any time from the workspace settings page.
Clospad uses session cookies only. These cookies are strictly necessary to keep you logged in and to secure your session. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.
Clospad integrates with third-party services to deliver certain features — including Twilio (calling and SMS), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI features). Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each integration to function.
Questions about this policy or how we handle your data? Email us at hello@clospad.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
